When do I get paid?
Once a referred deposit clears (typically within 7 days of the customer paying), the commission becomes payable. Stripe Connect partners are paid out automatically; others are paid manually each month.
How long is the attribution window?
30 days from the first click. If someone clicks your link, then comes back two weeks later and buys, you still get credit.
Can I refer myself or my own businesses?
Yes — but each business email address can only be credited as a referral once. We monitor for abuse and reserve the right to cancel commissions on self-referrals at scale.
What happens if a customer refunds?
Pending commissions on refunded orders are cancelled. Paid commissions on refunded orders may be reclaimed within 60 days.
